Service & Repair FAQs
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours for most areas in South Africa. SLA contract customers receive priority response and we will do our best to get you back online as quickly as possible.
Overheating is commonly caused by dirty coolers, low oil level, blocked ventilation, high ambient temperature or a faulty thermostatic valve. Do not continue running the compressor. Switch it off and contact us for a diagnostic visit. Running an overheating compressor can cause permanent air-end damage.
A full service includes: compressor oil drain and refill, oil filter replacement, air/oil separator replacement, inlet filter service, drive belt check and tensioning, cooler inspection and cleaning, controller diagnostic, pressure test and safety valve test. We provide a service report after every visit.
